Welcome to October at IJAK!

As October rolls in, we’re eager to welcome a month full of exploration and discovery with our theme: COMMUNITY HELPERS – Ayudantes Comunitarios! This October, let’s dive into engaging lessons, learn about the helpful members of our community, and strengthen our budding friendships. It’s a wonderful time to deepen our knowledge and make the most of our educational journey.

Zoo-Phonics & Alphabetic Knowledge

This month, we’re continuing the alphabet fun with the next three letters, D, E, F. With our Zoo-Phonics friends, we’ll learn more about these letters through exciting activities and songs.

Parent Involvement Events:

Get ready for a spook-tacular day! We are excited to announce that our Halloween celebrations will be held on Thursday, October 31st from 2pm to 3:30! We invite all our little ghosts and goblins to bring their Halloween costumes in their backpack. All family members are invited and encouraged to participate!

The children will have a blast trick-or-treating from classroom to classroom, collecting treats and enjoying festive activities. Please make sure that costumes are comfortable and safe for
